I paired this with my breakfast croissant and coffee the other day. flavour wise, block it! tasted really fruity and easy to drink! after the meal, I personally felt less sleepy and bloated, which improved my ability to stay focus during my work until lunch. I think this did help with my food coma on my first try, but I’m not too sure about how it is like in the longer time — I’ll have to experiment more to see how it goes ?
Love that it comes in conveniently packed sachets which I can easily consume before my meal wherever I am. It has a pleasant and natural taste just like juice. I tend to get bloated easily after a heavy meal but this really helps. Even on days that I feel slightly bloated, the discomfort doesn’t stay long. How I deal with fattening calorie meal is that I can block it before it happened. What happens is that I block the calories, reduce craving and yes control the blood sugar. And most importantly, it easy to bring out as in a sachet and gently shake it then just drink it! Tastes good too. I think 15 sticks in a box just not enough for me.
I like that it’s in a sachet so it’s convenient for me to bring out, especially when I’m on-the-go or when I’m working in the office. And it’s so compact, can just slip it in my small bag. And it’s taste nice, refreshing in fact. Due to the sour taste.In terms of curbing my cravings etc, I can’t really tell. I have been taking Dr Ora’s BlockIt for a week and not only I feel less guilty about eating unhealthy food, especially sweet stuff like cakes and cookies, but I also like how it prevents me from craving for more food when I’m stress and I avoid overeating. I like the white grape flavour and that it doesn’t have any funny taste lingering like some products I’ve tried. The Block It may not give obvious results like Lactolean but one thing for sure, it helps to prevent that 2 o clock sleepiness after lunch. My Block It Journey started on the very day that I received the product. As I was just about to eat my dinner, the parcel came! It came in a small box that contains 15 sachets, which is very convenient to put in the bag.
I must say this really taste good, like drinking hi chew candy syrup in grape. A sweet treat before any meal will be very nice! I guess kids will love them too if they are suitable to consume! Easy to tear open and drink it from the sachet.
I am that person whom loves to eat high carbs food and always have to eat rice everyday. Despite eating those food and lack of exercise, weight has been increasing. When I first tried BLOCK IT, Day 1 result was amazing!
I had very light meals, basically a cup of yoghurt for breakfast and a small bun for lunch, by dinner time I am already starving.
Took a sachet of BLOCK IT 20 mins before dinner. The taste was good, mild sweet grape flavour. I only ate less than 1/3 of my meal and I am super full. Based on the little portion of rice I took, I was quite worried that I would be super hungry and unable to sleep in the middle of night … surprisingly I did not feel hungry. Tried for a couple of days, tested and proven that my carbo intake is much lower, it curbs my appetite for sweet stuff as well. Thumbs up
