The beverage mix is surprisingly not nasty to drink! It has a lil fruity and floral-y taste to it and so happy it doesn’t have garcenia camborgia in it!It did help with my bloatedness but it didn’t help much with going to the bathroom every day~But when I do I can feel it cleanses all the not so nice thingy in me ?Weight wise it didn’t drop drastically.But overall would defo rec it if you feel bloated most of the times!*I also incorporated exercises in weekends as it is my weekly routine.

my body took quite a while to see effects after my operation. for the first week there was no effect at all even though I followed instructions clearly. by the 3rd week my stomach went down a little. I did not visit the toilet as much as reviewers but at least it helps! hope to get rid of my post op bloating though. only thing I didn’t like was the diahhrea feeling.

To be honest I have no complaints for this one! ᴅʀ ᴏʀᴀ ʟᴀᴄᴛᴏʟᴇᴀɴ is easy to consume (if you like sour drinks) it has a citrusy pomegranate grapefruit cranberry kinda vibe. It helps with detox and bloatedness. If you are someone who eats regular amount of carbs it does maintain your weight. If you are someone who keep track of your calories then you are gonna lose some tummy fats. It’s effective in the way that I no longer have issues going to the toilet. I go more than twice per day! ?Everything is smooth sail I have to say! ?It’s a good program! Slow but steady!

I received 4 boxes of the Dr Ora lactolean and I took 2 sachets for 4 weeks . Each box has 15 sachets of fruity orangey flavoured powder which can be easily dissolved in water. I took it in the morning before food intake and the first few days I noticed that I went to the toilet more often (up to 4 times a day) and the stools were also more watery and tends to fart more. Subsequently my tummy seem to get used to the supplement and I tend to go the toilet once a day regularly. I noticed that i am less bloated and my stomach doesnt have much wind too. I didn’t observe any significant weight lost but it has helped in my blotedness. Not too significant from the photos but I do feel better after pooping more.

I use this product regularly for 4 weeks each morning with empty stomach and some times after a large meal to help with the digestion and detox. very nice sweet and sour fruity drink with a tinge of bubbly feel. i can feel my bowel movements become stronger and my digestive system improved after taking the product regularly. i didnt control my diet but was able to notice my belly less bloated than before while my weight stays the same. this product is not like regular laxative products that are strong to the guts but changes the bacteria inside the gut to make it healthier. i will definitely include this into my daily routine!

I have been taking it for almost 4 weeks. Initially when I took it for the first 3-5 days my tummy does ache. However after that the ache stopped. My bowel is much more regular and it’s very smooth. It also helps to debloat the next morning especially after a night of snacking. My skin does feel clearer too with the regular bowel. I do recommend this if you have issues with constipation and bad skin as a result.

Verdict:- Usage: Mix well with 150ml of cold water after meal. Once a day.- Amount: 1 sachet for maintenance 2 sachet for weight management – Look/ Packaging: Conveniently packed in sachets (5g powder each)- Taste: LOVE IT! it’s like refreshing berries fruit tea. Not too sweet!- Effect: Firstly my expectations of weight management drink is that i should visit the toilet but not at the I’m gonna die level. I have tried a few brands of which some works for me while some is like a normal drink (body just immune to it). Comparing this with my preferred weight management drink. It’s not instant or within the next 1 hr. It could be same day or the following day. But what i like about it is that there’s no churning pain. It’s more tone down and gradual. I brought it along for my trip and it definitely helped! I have issues with constipation especially during travel. But thanks to lactolean it has help to soothe out the situation. Especially help when it’s so tasty! I even shared with my friends that this taste like some lipton berry fruit tea. This product really helps with constipation. With this product I am able to poop daily. It is very confident to prepare as the sachets is easy to tear and the products is very soluble. Taste wise I think it’s is okay but if you can’t accept any hint of ginger it is not for you.

Took it every day but no weight loss observed at all. Bowel movement did improve but there was no observable physical changes in my body. It tastes not bad but I grew sick of the taste after about a week as it is quite acidic and makes my mouth and throat dry after drinking it. I also have to make sure I have a full meal before drinking it as I would experience gastric pains otherwise.

Took as per instructions and I definitely feel the frequency of bowel movement increases with reduced bloating. If I must go into detail the texture changes and volume also increase (with no changes to my diet or lifestyle). From my morning routine it effectively makes me go toilet even before breakfast. But I must say even though it claims to not cause reliance by continuous consumption I do notice visible change to bowel movement once I stop. I no longer experience daily pooping for a period of time (at least three days) before I resume daily pooping. Taste vice is acceptable and in fact tasty I can take it on its own. Lastly i am not sure if it’s coincidence or not but i experience better skin with reduced breakouts.

Tried this product for 17 days almost conservative. Easy to make I consumed two packs in the morning before breakfast. It helped me to go poop a few times a day and eventually my stool became liquid and quite smelly poop sometimes but in a good way as I feel like it flushed out the toxin in my body. I did not feel that I lose inch waist or weight but just a good way to detox occasionally and it’s not painful stomach pain as compared to other detox product. Decent product and refreshing taste with ice.

Thankful for Dr Ora generosity to let us try and review consumers to try out 1 whole month of detox drink. I really love the taste of this drink it taste so refreshing and nice and I look forward to drinking it after every meal. All along my digestive is not very good and slow but with this drink I feel that it helps in my digestive I dun feel so full and bloated after my meal. The best thing abt the drink is it is not like some other detox or diet drink which will make me worry that I have to be stuck at home just in case I will have dirrhoea or stomach very pain. This drink will not cause all this so not to worry if going out for meal can easily bring along the packet and get a glass of water or bring a water bottle and pour the sachet in and it can assist in fat burning after the meal so It makes me feel less guilty after a cheat meal. This drink help to get rid of my stomach gas too I will occasionally fart after drinking it and my stomach is more flat now. Especially doing menstruation. Bloating is always an issue. I I am excited to try this product when I first receive it it was easy to use. Each sashay easily makes a cup of tea due to natural components sometimes is not very soluble but the taste of the tea is pleasant. Had the chance to do a month’s test with this product. Took it each morning before meal. Didn’t see any significant changes but no negative effects either. I always have bloating issues but it doesn’t seem to have helped much for me. Taste of the drink is quite nice. Abit frizzy fruity berry taste. Powder is easy to mix in the water and dissolves rather quickly.

Writing today for the feedback, realising I have been drinking Lactolean for the 1 week plus.
My waistline and hips circumference became smaller, and I brought the sachets together with the water infused packs whenever I am out just to replace the drinks.
Before consuming Lactolean, my waistline was 23” and my hips was 26”. Today I have measured my waistline is 21” and my hip is 24”. I am happy at the same time, my complexion also become less dull as well.
I will continue to have Lactolean as a daily maintenance. Shall write to you soon!

Overall the packaging and usage is easy just mix with room temp water and drink it cold on a hot day. Cons are the ginger/kombucha taste is quite strong so maybe not for everyone. Definitely help with bloatedness either before or after meals.

I have constipation and tried many probiotics but nothing much has improved with inrregular bowel movement (e.g. poop once or twice a week max). Tried lactolean had 2 sachets per day and interestingly my bowel movement has been regular (daily once). My tummy has flatten and did not feel bloated (I expelled more gas which indicates my gut is working) when I eat a lot on certain days. I actually bought more on shopee before I finished the product sent to me as it really works for me and it tastes really yummy!

Definitely a great product that helps with digestion and moving the bowel in a very gentle and non- painful way. Helps with bloating that I struggle with! Give it a try and you will realise that you feel lighter and more comfortable overall. I took the product as per instructions 2 sachets every morning on empty stomach. I do not see any weight lost for the 1month period. The first couple days I have been running to the toilet more often to relief myself daily. Subsequently it is just once per day. The product is easy to consume and it help people with constipation problems. It has a siap siap after taste if its just added to water.

I followed the instruction consumes 2 sachets of Lactolean by Dr. Ora every day before a meal for 4 weeks. Lactolean contains live probiotics prebiotics and digestive enzyme which work together to maintain your body’s natural flora and digestive balance. However my tummy doesn’t look to have a significant change after 4 weeks and my weight remains in the same range but it helps in improving my digestive system. So I cannot say that it doesn’t help in losing weight & burning fat maybe need to consume longer period just can see more significant results.

The drink was easy to prepare and taste quite nice. Previously I had some constipation issues however I have bowel movement everyday after starting Lactolean. I noticed that I do not snack as much now. After weighing myself there is no significant weight loss so I thought there isnt much changes. The powder is soluble even in cold water. It is easy to drink even in the morning as it has a refreshing taste. I lost about 1kg after drinking lactolean. Had 4 packets extra so I also let my husband try it. He also feels that it improves bowel movement and gut health. For me I definitely feel less bloated throughout the day as I have bloating issues. It helps but the price is a little on the high side. I feel having Lactolean helps keep me in check as I also snack less knowing that I should keep healthy. So it works in other ways besides just improving gut health.

Didn’t really work to relieve bloating but did help me become very regular without any cramping pain that comes with the usual “weight loss/bloat relieving drinks”. Doesn’t contain laxatives psyllium husk or sugars so doesn’t make you super thirsty. I diluted one sachet with way more than the recommended amount of water as taste was strong in a good way! Lactolean was refreshing and citrusy and best of all easy to mix. I just added it to my bottle and shake to mix. Will continue using to help with constipation!

The drink itself is easy to prepare and taste pretty good! Taste like hawthorn mix with berries. Results were pretty fast in about 5 days my pants that was rather tight became less tight and I also notice that my appetite became a little smaller. Side effects after drinking includes going to toilet more often (for both number 1 and number 2) but those are manageable nothing too inconvenient. I did not lose much weight only 0.5kg but i am so please that my stomach is not bloated as often as before!

The 1st 2 weeks I felt that it’s working as it frequent myself to go toilet easily however after that I drink it on an on and off basic. firstly this drink taste goood! And most importantly it doesnt give me bad tummy aches (: packaging is good and easy to carry aroundI started drinking 2 sachet a day one before lunch and another before dinner. Nothing actually happen. So I change to 2 sachets in the morning instead. Than I just keep going toliet but there is no pain and all just the feel like I need to go toliet*.Sadly My waistline didn’t really show much difference but my thighs seems to get a little smaller cause my pants feel a little loose on the thigh area.Suprise part is my cravings for sweet stuff is gone too Maybe my body needs a longer period to see a difference. It comes in a soluble powder form. Tastes like orange-carrot juice with a tinge of ginger. Definitely allows for passing motion (aka shit) really fast. I blend it with real fruits to make it palatable tasting. I don’t think I loss weight actually. The artificial sweetener is too much for my liking.

Sour and sweet it tastes so good that it’s almost become a guilt-free sweet drink fix.It definitely helps in bowel movement. Gross paragraph alert —it can’t be avoided for a proper good review :p — the soft (but not diarrhoea-ish) stools which are not part of my usual poop feels like extra gunk from the deep recesses of my intestines that might otherwise have been stuck inside for goodness-knows-how-long.Unfortunately I didn’t become a bikini babe after drinking this for a month. I had high hopes but my belly is still the same bulge as before. I would however be highly likely to repurchase this in future when I feel sluggish and in need of a good detox.

This is by far the most generous product which I have received from Try& Review. Have received 4 boxes of Lactolean with 15 sachets in each box. I took 1 sachet of Lactolean after lunch and dinner and mixed with cold water. Love the blood orange taste of Lactolean which tasted like Lemon tea. Which make me look forward to drinking it after my meal. Unlike some of the detox tea which has awful taste and has laxative effect. Lactolean does not give me the diarrhea urge. It’s helps to clear my bowel every morning. Though there was not much difference to my waistline. But I do feel less bloated and my digestion has improved! hello Try&Review! I exercise & eat clean with Dr Ora Lactolean but i didn’t managed to get flatter tummy is okay. Bowel movement increased cravings lessen perhaps kinda better in sleeping quality? 1 sachet before breakfast toilet break hits somewhere around 10-11am. and then before 11pm for after dinner. so far still okay but still feel bloaty and fat on the tummy. food digestion indeed slightly better~ not sure if continue would it be even better? but i do recommend this~

I tried with cool and room temperature water product was easily soluble in both. A little tart that is refreshing and reminds me of ginger grapefruit. So convenient to carry around must have for me. I find it difficult to eat healthy when outside and feeling pressured to eat the same food as my peers (bless my tummy when they go for korean BBQ one day then another day have tonkotsu ramen- all the oil/ meat/ gas inducing food). Another amazing thing about this product is it works as a soda replacement for myself didnt crave for bubble tea either after having this drink. Definitely must buy!!!

I consumed for the first time and Lactolean tasted just right at my taste bud – it did not taste like extremely sour like some other detox drinks..
I was amazed that it tastes like a frizzy Fanta drink adding on with some fresh fruits to it.
After adding the dried fruits in, the taste is amazing. It has been almost a daily basis to have Lactolean after my lunch as it has seemed to replace the sweet drinks I craved for, and it is much healthier. The dried freeze fruits go really with Lactolean, I always love it to consume like a refreshing cold drink.
Lactolean has become part of my daily basis, it would flush out the toxins and unwanted waste from my bowel at the end of the day.
I would feel myself getting “lighter” after getting the toxins flushed out and feel less bloated.

Little did I know that, Lactolean also helps to improve my skin complexion too.

2 May 2022 update 

Good holidays to you.
Writing today for the feedback, realising I have been drinking Lactolean for the 1 week plus.
My waistline and hips circumference became smaller, and I brought the sachets together with the water infused packs whenever I am out just to replace the drinks.
Before consuming Lactolean, my waistline was 23” and my hips was 26”. Today I have measured my waistline is 21” and my hip is 24”. I am happy at the same time, my complexion also become less dull as well.
I will continue to have Lactolean as a daily maintenance. Shall write to you soon!
